Configurations

The envelope-laying system of the complex includes mandatory modules and a number of additional modules (options).

Required modules of the envelope-laying system:
  • Controller (Controller)
Manages all other modules. There is an additional workplace for the operator of the complex, equipped with a touch screen. Software based on Windows 7.0.

  • Interface
Connects the card attachment system and the envelope-laying system. Transfers the stamped mailing forms with the cards attached to them to the envelope-laying system.

  • Envelope Feeder
It works with envelopes of C6, DL, C5, B5 formats made of paper with a density of 80 g per square meter. The capacity of the feeder is about 2000 envelopes.

  • Double Track
Moves attachments. Two attachment feeders can be connected to it.

  • High Capacity Vertical Conveyor
The finished envelopes are unloaded vertically onto a 1.8-meter-long conveyor that can hold approximately 1,500 envelopes.

Additional modules
To install one or another attachment feeder, an additional double transport module is required, which allows the installation of two feeders at once. In total, it is possible to have up to 7 double transport modules in the complex. This allows you to connect up to 14 feeders.
  • A4 sheet feeder with a capacity of 2000 sheets
Provides feeding and folding of sheets. The following folding methods are possible: single, zigzag, standard letter, double parallel. There is an option to read one-dimensional barcodes (Code39) or two-dimensional barcodes (DataMatrix).

  • A4 sheet feeder with a capacity of 5000 sheets
Provides feeding and folding of sheets. The following folding methods are possible: single, zigzag, standard letter, double parallel. There is an option to read one-dimensional barcodes (Code39) or two-dimensional barcodes (DataMatrix).

  • A4 sheet feeder with a selection of sheets with a capacity of 5000 sheets (Accumulator / Folder)
Provides feeding, selection and joint folding of sheets. The following folding methods are possible: single, zigzag, standard letter, double parallel. Joint folding of up to 8 sheets is possible. There is an option to read one-dimensional barcodes (Code39) or two-dimensional barcodes (DataMatrix).

  • An additional attachment feeder with a capacity of 4000 attachments (Insert Feeder)
Provides the submission of attachments to the size of the envelope without folding. You can submit not only individual sheets, but also booklets, brochures, etc. There is an option to read one-dimensional barcodes (Code39) or two-dimensional barcodes (DataMatrix), as well as the option to detect the submission of two attachments at once and the option to submit glossy attachments.

  • An additional attachment feeder with a capacity of 7,200 attachments (Insert Feeder)
